EARLY LEARNING ABA
Early Intervention with Excel | Speech, OT & ABA for Ages 2–6
About the program
Early Intervention with Excel gives children ages 2–6 one coordinated team for speech therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA. Our therapists evaluate together, plan together, and treat together, so your family gets one plan with shared goals instead of three separate ones.
Therapy happens where it matters most: at your child’s daycare or preschool, at our clinic, or at home. Children practice new skills during their real daily routines, and parents don’t have to leave work for appointments.
Every learner gets the boost they need
You don’t need a diagnosis to get support here. We welcome neurodiverse learners and children who are still being understood, including late talkers, busy movers, sensitive feelers, and little ones still finding their words. We build on each child’s strengths and support the skills that help them thrive at home, in daycare, and in school.
What we offer
- Evaluations: speech-language, occupational therapy, and ABA assessments, followed by one family conference with a single set of recommendations
- Speech therapy: language, articulation, play-based communication, and early feeding support
- Occupational therapy: fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and pre-handwriting
- ABA therapy: 1:1 support from a Registered Behavior Technician, supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Teacher and classroom collaboration: simple strategies your child’s teachers can use all week long
- Parent and family coaching: the same strategies your family can use at mealtimes, bedtime, and play
How it works
- Inquire. Fill out our inquiry form or call us. Daycare and pediatrician referrals are welcome.
- Intake call. A 15–20 minute conversation about your child, your goals, and your insurance.
- Evaluations. Scheduled at our clinic, at your child’s daycare, or at home.
- Your plan. We meet with you to review results, set goals, and choose services and funding.
- Services begin. Most families start within 3–5 weeks, and you can track sessions and notes in our parent app.
Paying for services
Families can use insurance where it applies, choose a monthly family package, or combine the two. We check your benefits before services begin, so you know your costs up front. Monthly packages let your child start right away, with no waiting on authorizations, and we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement where your plan allows.
Please note: ABA billed to insurance requires an autism diagnosis from a psychologist or developmental pediatrician.
For daycares and preschools
We partner with early childhood centers to bring therapy on site, along with free developmental screening days and teacher training. [Contact Us To Become a Partner Center]
