Two paths in, one goal: your learner’s success.

We use an ABA program that supports the learner to accelerate access to social-academic behaviors and the de-escalation of behaviors that barrier — delivered at home, coached with family, and coordinated with school.

FOR WAITLISTED & TRANSITIONING LEARNERS

First Things First

This program supports families on ExcelLearning’s school program waitlist — learners not yet deemed ready for a classroom or center-based program, including those with severe to profound maladaptive behaviors, with or without the presence of toileting issues.

3-month program Up to 15 hrs/week direct ABA Min. 20% BCBA supervision

A family education & coaching commitment of 5–10 hours per week supports the team and family in carrying the learner’s program forward and preparing for transition to a primary learning environment. Transition readiness is assessed every three months.

PARENT-LED TRAINING

ABA JumpStart

A parent-focused training program where parents learn to implement basic ABA programming designed by the BCBA and ABA team.

  • Two weeks, full-time (9:00 AM–3:00 PM)
  • Education and hands-on training alongside your child
  • Designed for families who can use FMLA time to support full program implementation

Ideal for individuals seeking home-based ABA therapy as a choice, or awaiting center-based services.

For Schools

ExcelLearning supports an integrated ABA–Academic program, accelerating the learner’s access to social-academic behaviors and the de-escalation of behaviors that barrier, alongside our virtual school program. Well suited for homebound learners working toward a transition back to their school program or into an ExcelPrep program.
