Three programs.
One connected family.
Each program plays a distinct role — and each is connected through shared curriculum, shared data systems, and a shared commitment to evidence-based practice.
ExcelPrep is a therapeutic day school program for learners ages 3–13 seeking school placement. Serving students referred through ISBE or parentally enrolled, ExcelPrep provides a structured, ABA-informed academic environment with integrated clinical support.
- ISBE-referred and parent-enrolled placement for learners with IEPs and ISPs
- ABA-informed classroom instruction with 1:1 and small group delivery
- BCBA supervision integrated into the school day
- OT, ST, and related services per IEP — including Feeding Clinic and Handwriting Group
- SOAR curriculum used across all classrooms with shared data books
- ABA Jumpstart available for families awaiting full enrollment
- Pathway to ExcelLearning clinical services with tuition offset for enrolled families
SOAR is a sister company to ExcelLearning and the curriculum engine behind both ExcelPrep and ExcelLearning. It serves as the learning, education, and product platform for practitioners, schools, clinics, and families — providing an evidence-based autism curriculum library, data collection app, and practitioner training resources.
- Autism curriculum library — app and web based
- Evidence-based curriculum spanning early learner through young adult
- Connection to U.S. CORE Curriculum for K–12 SPED
- Data collection system: in-session and out-of-session, all settings
- Data books for practitioners — used across ExcelPrep and ExcelLearning
- Enroll individual child, school, clinic, or family team
- Video upload, progress monitoring, and whole-team communication
SWIS provides special education program evaluation and support for schools and districts across three service tiers. From professional development to embedded coaching to a fully-supported ExcelCore room within a school, SWIS meets schools where they are — and builds capacity at every level.
- Tier 1 — Professional Development: Evidence-based PD for special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership on ABA principles, data collection, and best practice in SPED programming
- Tier 2 — PD + Coaching: Professional development paired with ongoing BCBA coaching — staff learn best practice and receive real-time support implementing it in their classrooms
- Tier 3 — ExcelCore Room: A fully supported ExcelLearning-model classroom embedded within a host school — providing intensive, ABA-informed programming with SOAR curriculum and data systems for students who need a higher level of structure within their school building
The curriculum and data system behind every ExcelLearning program.
SOAR — Solutions for Autism, ABA, and Special Education — is an app and web-based autism curriculum library that powers evidence-based programming from early learners through young adults. Every program target is grounded in evidence-based practice, with direct connection to the U.S. CORE Curriculum for K–12 special education.
The SOAR platform is used by BCBAs, RBTs, special education teachers, families, and school clinics. Enrollment is available for individual children, entire school teams, or clinic-wide practice management. Data is collected in-session and out-of-session across all settings, with video upload, progress monitoring, and whole-team communication built in.

SOAR is the curriculum
inside ExcelLearning.
Every ExcelPrep classroom and every ExcelLearning clinical program runs on the SOAR curriculum. BCBAs select programs from the SOAR library, collect data through the SOAR platform, and share progress with families and the full clinical team — all in one system.
Three programs.
One learner journey.
A child can move through all three programs over time — or access them simultaneously. The connection between ExcelPrep, ExcelLearning, and SOAR means no family has to start over.
ExcelPrep
Therapeutic day school for learners seeking structured placement. ABA-informed, IEP-driven, ages 3–13.
SOAR
The shared curriculum and data platform powering both ExcelPrep and ExcelLearning. Available to external schools, clinics, and families.
SWIS
Three-tier special education support — from PD to embedded coaching to a full ExcelCore room within a school building.
The data books
behind every session.
SOAR data books are the practitioner-facing data collection tools used by every BCBA, RBT, and teacher across ExcelPrep and ExcelLearning. Each book corresponds to a curriculum domain — giving providers a structured, field-tested data system that matches the SOAR digital platform.
Data books are designed for in-session and out-of-session use, supporting trial-by-trial, duration, PLAECHECK, and permanent product data collection methods. They are available to external practitioners and families through the SOAR website.
